     Studio 360 retains the intellectual property rights to all designs unless otherwise agreed upon, with the client granted usage rights for personal or commercial purposes as agreed.

    Disputes and Resolution
     In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought. If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to the applicable laws of [country] or arbitration by an agreed-upon third party.
